Order Processing Time
Our dedicated team processes all orders within 0 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Delivery Period
We offer Express Delivery within Germany, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping times begin on the day of shipment, not the order date. Unforeseen circumstances, incorrect addresses, or external factors may occasionally cause delays.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m. (local time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Germany.
Method of Delivery
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Non-Shipping Days
Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on public holidays.
Confirmation of Shipment
Once your Caps are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID. The tracking ID will become active within 24 hours.
Our Working Days
Instore Clothing operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Item Misplacement
If your Caps do not arrive within the specified timeframe, please first contact the shipping carrier directly. For unresolved issues, feel free to reach out to us at support@instoreclothing.com.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address leads to the return of your items, you will be responsible for the reshipping fees. Please contact us at support@instoreclothing.com for assistance.
Address Change
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at support@instoreclothing.com or call +1 463 888 0337 within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes are not possible once the order is in transit.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours. If the order has already been shipped, you may refer to our return policy for further guidance.
Items Damaged During Transit
If you receive damaged or defective Caps, please contact us immediately. Send clear images of the damaged items to support@instoreclothing.com, and we’ll provide you with a free exchange or refund.
