Return and Refund Policy for Instore Clothing

Thank you for choosing Instore Clothing for your Cap purchases. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve designed our return and refund policy to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

30-Day Return Window

At Instore Clothing, we offer a generous 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be in unused, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@instoreclothing.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Labels for Customers

  • For Defective Products: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items.
  • For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Return Period

Customers must initiate a return within 30 days from the date they receive their products.

Accepted Product Conditions for Returns

We accept returns for products that are in new and unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.

Restocking Fee

At Instore Clothing, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Shipping Costs for Customers

  • For Defective Products: Instore Clothing will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Issues

Please inspect your Caps upon arrival. If you notice any damage, inaccuracies, or issues, contact us promptly at support@instoreclothing.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means replacing the product or issuing a refund.

Exchanges

Instore Clothing processes exchanges for items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you need an exchange, please reach out to us for assistance.

Restoration Fee

No restoration fee will be applied to any returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
