Thank you for choosing Nolson Shirts. To ensure a smooth return and refund process for your women’s t-shirt purchase, please review the following policy carefully.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your t-shirt. The t-shirt must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following checks are met when returning your t-shirt:
Condition: The t-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or odors.
Tags: All original tags must still be attached.
Packaging: The t-shirt should be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
No Alterations: The t-shirt should not be altered, resized, or customized in any way.
Return Authorization: Returns must be approved by contacting support before sending the product back.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@nolsonshirts.com to request a return authorization. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Return Period
Customers have 30 days to initiate a return.

Damaged or Inaccurate Products and Issues
Upon receiving your t-shirt, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect t-shirt, kindly inform us promptly so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. If you wish to return your merchandise, please reach out to us. The time for your returned t-shirt to reach us may vary depending on your location.
Exchanges
We only process exchanges for t-shirts that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or faulty. If you need to exchange a t-shirt, please use our store’s mailing address to contact us.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is applied to returns.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your returned t-shirt, we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your original payment method will be promptly reimbursed. Please be aware that it may take 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and release your refund.
